Nourished Natasha’s Witchcraft and Wellness Retreat

Imagine waking up in a private 18th century building, rumored to be haunted and the epitome of witchy luxury. You have a nourishing breakfast, a morning yoga flow with magic weaved into it, get to intimately explore the town of Salem, and experience the Full Moon with your coven and community. Enter the Wellness and Witchcraft Retreat Salem. A special, once in a lifetime experience at a historical boutique hotel in the heart of Salem, The Coach House. If you love witchcraft, history, all things spooky – with an added dash of wellness and community – this is the event for you.

As the creator and host of Witchcraft and Wellness Retreats, I would be honored to give you a recap of our recent retreat experience at the Coach House under the Lunar Eclipse in Libra this past March! We spent four magical nights at the Coach House, with the entire hotel to ourselves, and here were some of the highlights:

  • At every retreat, we have a Coven Photoshoot where we all dress in our coven best (all black, of course) and have a professional photographer help us channel our inner goddesses with a bit of spookiness – imagine American Horror Story: Coven vibes.
  • One of our signature events is our Zodiac Dinner, where everyone comes dressed as their zodiac sign and we have a delicious meal crafted by Witching Hour Decor themed around the Full moon – which in this case was the Blood Moon Eclipse in Libra. There is a prize for best zodiac costume, and that is decided, of course, by a fashion show on the Coach House stairs.
  • Speaking of the food, the breakfast and lunches that were provided by Witching Hour Decor were absolutely perfect, aesthetic, and delicious! Don’t forget, you can add on one of their amazing brunch boxes to your stay at the Coach House!
  • One of the most magical experiences we had was our Ouija Board session at the end of the retreat, where we channeled the spirit of a young girl named Elizabeth who was so sweet and excited to talk to us! Turns out, the family who used to occupy the Coach House had a young daughter named Elizabeth who passed at the age of six, and when we found that out the next day after speaking to Lizzie – we were shook to say the least! But I’m happy to report there are no malevolent spirits in the Coach House, just a few friendly ghosts.
  • Besides the daily yoga and meditations, the wellness half of our retreat could definitely be attributed to the beds at the Coach House! Sleep is a part of health that I feel like most people forget, and by the end of our stay, all of our participants were eagerly asking the Coach House’s wonderful manager Marley where the beds were from!
  • The most magical moment we had closed out our retreat under the Lunar Eclipse in Libra as we had a releasing spell and ceremony at the Coach House beneath the Full Moon. The perfect end to a perfect weekend!

All in all, if you are looking for witchcraft, wellness, and a dash of luxury and extravagance – the Coach House is the perfect location, even if you’re coming on your own to the Witch City! And if you’re interested in joining a coven of inclusive, accepting, and magical witches – stay tuned for the Witchcraft and Wellness Retreats 2025 dates to drop soon!
